Jackie’s own struggles with weight and body image led her on a journey of self-love, reflection, and discovery. With over a decade of personal exploration and a degree in Holistic Studies, she gained the knowledge and tools to support women in losing weight for good, building confidence, and creating balance in their bodies and lives.
Today, Jackie combines her personal experience, professional training as a certified health coach and personal trainer, and her holistic education to guide women toward lasting transformation — mind, body, and spirit.
